Ordering from The Curio Shop, Sennen Cove

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click add to cart on any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished your selection, click on View Cart and you will be asked for
a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Solo.  We do not charge for any item until it is ready to despatch.
If an item is out of stock you will be advised a delivery date. If acceptable your order is then held as a back order. A delivery date will be advised - you may then of course cancel your order if it is unacceptable. Back ordered items are not charged until they are despatched.
You may send your order and credit card information over the Internet or if you prefer via phone, fax or post. We reserve the right to decline all or part of any order for whatsoever reason.

Delivery Charges

UK & Northern Ireland orders for 3 items or over are carriage free. 1 - 2 items £3.95 total.
EU orders £15.00  Rest of World £20.00  These charges are confirmed in your shopping cart
before you are required to submit any further details.
A  surcharge on Scottish Highlands, EU, & World orders may apply to larger items.
We will always advise you on receipt of your order should this be the case.

Delivery Times

Delivery times can vary depending on stock availability and destination country.
We aim to have goods with you within 2 - 10 days. If your order is particularly urgent
then please telephone or email us and we will give your order priority if practicable.

Returns Policy

Merchandise in resalable condition may be returned for a refund within 10 days of purchase.
Credit will be applied to the credit card which was used for the purchase.
A Return Number must be obtained from The Curio Shop, Sennen Cove  prior to the return of any products. The Return Number must appear on the outside of the container and on return paperwork included inside the package. Returned merchandise must be sent with delivery charges prepaid.
Your return postage will be refunded if the goods were faulty, in an unsatisfactory condition, or sent in error.

Basildon, Essex. It is a commercially proven e-commerce system and fully secure. We know of no cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you have any cause for complaint we will acknowledge any such complaint within 48 hours. We will strive to rectify the problem within 14 days of receipt.
This and any other undertaking detailed here is in addition to, and will not affect your statuary rights as a consumer.
